Comments From Nick Phillippi - General Manager
My comments come with some bias of having worked for the company for 20 years now. But my bias is not from wearing blinders, but from knowing that the company; which is the people, does try very hard to do the right thing. We touch hundreds of vehicles a day in four states and - I believe, do a very good job of quality work and customer service. We strive to be perfect but we are not. We demand a lot from our folks and we invest heavily in training and equipment to give customers the experience they expect and deserve.
When we don’t meet your expectations the burden lies with me to get it right and make sure it doesn’t happen again. Give the manager the opportunity to get it right, contact me if they will not.
