February 14th, 2011 - The guys at your Rock Road location were excellent. I had a couple of concerns with my vehicle as I was getting ready to move back to Centennial, Colorado. They checked the vehicle and didn't find anything to be concerned about and they didn't charge me for it. Every person that I observed from the managers to the mechanics were all on the same page as wanting to be helpful and give great customer service. If they are like your people on Rock Rd., you will have a customer in Centennial, Colorado where I learned that you just purchased the Swiss Auto store off of Arapahoe and Quebec. I am moving to that area I have a lot of family and friends that live there too and I will let them know of my experience. Thanks again for your honesty and integrity. That means a lot to me.

September 27th, 2010 - I wanted to let you know or brag about the service manager in the Wichita Kansas store on North Rock Road. I am a HUGE shopper when I am going to spend over $500 on service. I went to 6 different tire stores and he is the ONLY person that was eager to help me. He was the ONLY person to come out to my car and really get engaged. He was more worried about my safety rather than getting money out of me. He not only told me what was going wrong with my roters and brakes... he took me out to my car and showed me. I got better offers on the price of tires and service, but it did not matter... I came back and gave my business to this store because of him and I needed to tell someone to show my appreciation. Thanks ... you are the best at what you do!

Tire Rotation
